My Fitness Routine
I love working out for the simple reason that it makes me feel so good. I created a routine that sets me up for a successful day. I don’t know about you but for me, getting it done early in the am is just easier than leaving it to later during the day, as things could come up and you get busy, and let’s be honest, days can get away from us so easily especially when you have a full time job and a side gig. Also, the feeling I get post workout is indescribable, I fell like there is nothing I can’t do, not to mention the feeling of accomplishment.
My goal is to consistently work out 5X/week sometimes I do 6, but it really depends. I don’t meditate as much as I should, but I am planning to get back to you hopefully soon…
